The past year+ has been an interesting year for us all. It has challenged comfort zones, perspectives, mindfulness, connection, health and wellness, and much more. The one unifier is that we are not alone on this Covid rollercoaster ride, the things it brings and can n have hope now that one day it will “end” too. Each ride may be uniquely yours with its own types of ups and down, loop-de-loops and corkscrews, though the feelings this time brings can be similar and shared to varying degrees. I also figure it was time to update this profile with some current pics and some current content, it has been at least seven years. I live with my best friend, my pup Amber, a Boston Terrier. So again I am at another fork in the road. 2020/21 has proven to be a personally challenging year, outside of covid, and brought forth personal work.
